High vibe classes to challenge and delight! Our Shakti Yoga classes are designed to get the juices flowing, guide you in exploring your edge, and instill a sense of joy and alignment in your own body. Expect a vigorous vinyasa class filled with deep stretching and challenging poses. We will cycle through a different set sequence about every month, giving us time to deepen into it and explore. Amplification and having fun are encouraged so bring your good vibes and make this class your own!

About the Teacher

Miranda is a certified yoga teacher and a lifelong lover of movement. She began practicing yoga in 2008, starting with Power Yoga and exploring every modality she could get her hands on. Whilst taking a hiatus from yoga due to chronic back injuries, she discovered Pilates and has since been a major fangirl of this modality as well. Happily back practicing yoga again, Miranda now incorporates her wide range of movement and modalities experience into her classes.
