The word hatha may be familiar as a yoga lineage, meaning "ha" for sun, and "tha" for moon. The idea of hatha yoga is to balance these two energies out. These earrings are slightly mismatched, representing so many of the wise old sayings and ancient wisdom... opposites attract... like attracts like but opposites bring balance... good relationships are all about balance. Take your pick, these earrings are here to remind you that balance and love are not all about symmetry, but about celebrating those little differences that make us sing as a whole! Both earrings are lovingly hand-wrapped on various types of wire, and on gold filled earwires.
Lefty: Seed pearl, rice pearl, seed pearl, sunstone
Righty: Raw pyrite nugget, Ethiopian hammered mixed metal, zircon, herkimer diamond

The bespoke process starts with a consultation, where we will discuss what you are looking for, budget, and timeline. Typical production times are ~8 weeks, but we can rush if needed.

Mikken Designs always uses natural, unaltered gemstones, unless otherwise indicated.
Over time, the metal components may tarnish or fade. To keep them shining, please store your piece in a jewelry pouch or soft cloth, and avoid direct contact with water (shower, bath, hot tub, sweating) as well as beauty products such as perfume.
To clean, mix a few drops of gentle dish soap and water, and soak for about a minute. Use a soft cloth to gently rub it clean. Ensure you rinse & dry thoroughly.
To clean the mixed metal spacer beads, cover the beads in ketchup (yes!), let sit for a minute, then rinse thoroughly and wipe clean with a soft toothbrush or cloth. You can also clean with mild soap and water, but this may require more patience & a bit more scrubbing. Dry thoroughly.

- XS: fits wrists up to 6.5 in
- S: fits wrists up to 7 in
- M: fits wrists up to 7.5 in
- L: fits wrists up to 8 in
